As it is technical support is finding it tough to type with where their thumbs are.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is an excellent, well-contributed-to service with a very big content base.   But you're right, they do have some problems.  I look at their 336x280 ads and wonder if that's the extent of their monetization aside from a grasp at eBay.  I've never clicked one of their crappy "help th3 skat0r" ads or found anything even remotely tailored to my interests.
