Looks like you're view of Twitter has threaded convos, ala FriendFeed. Is that native Twitter functionality, or a 3rd party plugin? Do you consider that Twitter swag?

Swagger Jacker lol. Nice. Word up though. I was quite underwhelmed with Friendfeed's latest updates. It does seem like they just took the "twitter has shown us the way" route rather than blaze their own trail. Their service is unique and distinct enough for them to create a more practical and suitable user experience.

So since the sites have the same logo placement and a right hand menu bar ff is stealing from twitter? Wow, it's only been the most overused UI since 2003.

Also, hint, if you have to define your terms in the context of your article, they don't work.

While I agree that the beta FriendFeed is a little underwhelming, especially after the build-up it got from some folks, there already has been lots of swagger jackin' going on, with Facebook jackin' both Twitter (realtime status updates) and FriendFeed's (pre beta) user interface.

What's interesting to me: Twitter was fun when it launched, but wasn't taken seriously. Now Facebook and FriendFeed have decided that realtime updates are where it's at.

Should be interesting to see who jacks Twitter's swagger next.

Friendfeeds real time stuff is lame. What the heck can I do with yet another real time stream. I've got twitter, facebook, and now Friendfeed? Who can watch it all. Assuming I dump them into one place I can't reply universally yet. Also, wouldn't it be better if FF offered windowed bracketing of my streams into columns or something? Simple? Heck, they hid the freaking group, friends, and more. You can no longer answer friend requests in batch, nor crosspost as easily. Direct messages? Who asked for that? Isn't FF supposed to be an aggregation or group set up? What happened to email? Twitter? IM? And even FB? Do we really need another place we have to watch for messages? Messages likely to end up in my email anyway?
Oh well. They're rushing to nowhere it seems to me.

FriendFeed is kind of disappointing me too. At first they were so unique. Twitter really is shaking up things online, and changing faces on social media.
