I tried the wordpress iphone app and typing on landscape mode is difficult. Tweeting on iphone has been a breeze and fell in love with its location update and picture uploads.

In all fairness to WordPress, you can't type an SMS, email or note in landscape mode either.

I agree with your improvements. However, it's a great start and it makes mobile blogging that much easier! :)

It's hard enough to type out a tweet on the phone for us old-timers let alone a blog post :(
